2027 Registration Form

Submitting without payments creates an incomplete registration and will not reserve your spot. 

Payment methods available: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Debit/Credit Card or Check.

How to make Payment by

PayPal or Debit/Credit Card

  1. On the Order Summary page, scroll down to the Payment section.
  2. Leave PayPal selected, then choose PayPal or Debit or Credit Card from the buttons below.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your payment and confirm your registration.

Note that choosing PayPal or Debit/Credit Card will make payment directly through this form and complete your registration in one step. 

Venmo

  1. On the Order Summary page, scroll down to the Payment section and select Offline Payments.
  2. Enter your email address. You do not need to complete the Shipping Address section.
  3. Follow the remaining checkout instructions to submit your registration.
  4. Open the Venmo app send your funds to Texas State Convention OA (@txoaconvention).


Unlike PayPal or card payments made directly through this form, Offline Payment require a separate step. After submitting the form, send your payment through Venmo to complete your registration.

Zelle

  1. On the Order Summary page, scroll down to the Payment section and select Offline Payments.
  2. Enter your email address. You do not need to complete the Shipping Address section.
  3. Follow the remaining checkout instructions to submit your registration.
  4. Open  Zelle in your banking app and send your funds using the email address zelle@txoaconvention.org.

Check

  1. On the Order Summary page, scroll down to the Payment section and select Offline Payments.
  2. Enter your email address. You do not need to complete the Shipping Address section.
  3. Follow the remaining checkout instructions to submit your registration.
  4. Make your check payable to Texas State OA Convention. Include the registrant’s name in the memo line.
  5. Mail your check to:
